Product display shot on location on the 6th floor of the Pendleton building. Involved extensive rigging of the ceiling joists to suspend lighting. Shot at night for an evening feel, exposed so the lighted Cincinnati city skyline was visible outside the windows.

Aronoff Center
"Opening Night Video":
Lighting Gaffer

Persuaded producer to light architect model this with a nighttime feel since that was how most of the patrons would experience it. Working with an Innovision Probe lens used pools of light to recreate street lights. Lit the curved cyc wall a subdued blue. Jib created many dynamic shots of the 60 million arts center that were intercut within the opening night video.

YMCA "After the
Holidays":
Lighting Gaffer

Tabletop food shots depicting the aftermath of a large fattening holiday meal to emphasize the need to get back in the gym. Used subdued evening feel lighting to contrast with the bright high key lighting in the rest of the spot show casing the YMCA's facilities.

16mm film vignette for new product introduced at the Fall 1992 New York Toy Fair. Involved a working miniature "Escape From New York" type of cityscape set for the toy truck to crush miniature props in. Lit set for a gritty night time feel.
